I often mention in my lectures and articles “The secret to being healthy is to began your day with healthy thoughts" Health in many ways is a consciousness of your mind about the good things in your life and making those good things great each day along with your loved ones. When it comes to gaining a good health, one should not think merely of physical fitness but the betterment of entire self which includes your physical and mental self. In order to become healthy it is important to know what health really means. Many a time people think health is a course of physical activities and it need hours of bone stretching workout every day. There they drop the idea of going ahead with activities that could promote a good health. Health does not consist merely of a physical activity; rather it is a mindset of an individual.
If you keep your conscious awareness set over to health your mind will automatically guide you to eat, drink and behave in a healthy manner. Human mind is always in a state of learning new habits which is often guided by his conscious thoughts and actions. If you start to think about health or activities that would promote healthy lifestyle, it is obvious that you will then start to behave like a healthy person and be more active for your age. Remember one thing if you want to get rid of cold you have to work on heat because cold is nothing but the absence of heat. Same way if you desire to get rid of illness you have to work on health because illness is nothing but the absence of health in your body and most likely in your mind.
Our prime objective is to promote healthy lifestyle at the first stage because a healthy mind and body are wide open to accept new ideas with full enthusiasm to achieve desired positive results in life.
